STRENGTHENING ORGANIZATIONS

These case studies demonstrate how grantees participating in FACT’s Management Assistance Program (MAP) worked with MAP consultants to make constructive changes in their organizational practices, operations or structure. The case studies also highlight the grantees’ objectives, challenges and accomplishments during the projects.
